Desired Candidate Profile

- Strong understanding of womens wear market trends and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in merchandise planning tools such as spreadsheets or specialized software.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders (buyers, designers) and external partners (suppliers).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
