Lohia Worldspace is a dynamic and fast-growing organization, committed to leveraging technology for seamless operations. We are seeking a System & ERP Manager with expertise in Farvision ERP software to enhance our business processes and IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, optimize, and troubleshoot Farvision ERP software.
- Oversee system administration, database management, and server performance.
- Ensure seamless integration of ERP modules with other business applications.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on ERP functionalities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance ERP features based on business needs.
- Ensure data security, backup management, and compliance with IT policies.
- Coordinate with vendors and IT teams for upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ERP management, specifically in Farvision Software.
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases, system administration, and server management.
- Experience in ERP implementation, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to manage system security, user roles, and access controls.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills for user training and support.
