F&B Supervisor

• Perform all duties of the F&B Supervisor role at Taj Safaris while maintaining luxury hospitality standards and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate daily operations, ensure quality, hygiene, safety, timely service, documentation, and compliance with company policies and SOPs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support seamless guest experiences, resolve issues promptly, manage resources, and improve operational efficiency.
• Train, guide, and support team members, maintain records, monitor inventory/equipment, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
