Job Description
- Demonstrated ability to run a client discovery workshop end-to-end
- agenda, facilitation, synthesis, and follow-through.
- Strong functional understanding of at least one of: finance & accounting (AP, AR, close, recon, FP&A), HR operations, or supply chain.
- Comfortable with technology
- can configure a low-code workflow, write a SQL query, read JSON, and understand an API payload.
- You will never be asked to write production
- code, but you must be technically credible.
- Exceptional written and spoken communication
- proposals, client emails, demo
- narratives, and workshop summaries should need minimal editing.
- Daily usage of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for drafting, analysis, research, and slide
- building.
- Meticulous planning and follow-through
- no customer commitment falls through a crack; every conversation has a written follow-up within 24 hours.
- Strong slide craft
- can build a customer-ready deck in Pierian brand style without
- needing a designer.
