Cost control thru improving & controlling usage efficiency.
Six Sigma, and Lean Management strategy , Process and Shop floor Management
New Product development,Maintenance Schedule to minimize down time of Machine
Process management, Hands on Technical and Process support
Attend daily Production meetings to update management team
Interact with valued customer for suggestion, CAPA, RCA, etc
Co-ordination with fellow s members & H O to ensure smooth flow of information
Manpower planning, trouble shooting of machine mould & process related problem
Capable of handling domestic affairs
