Facility Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Operations: Inspect buildings, manage HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, and handle repair schedules.
• Vendor & Contract Management: Hire and supervise third-party contractors for cleaning, security, landscaping, and repairs.
• Health, Safety & Security: Enforce safety regulations, manage emergency preparedness, and ensure code compliance.
• Budgeting & Finance: Create and monitor facilities budgets, track utility costs, and optimize operational spending.
• Space Planning: Coordinate office layouts, asset tracking, and office moves or renovations.
