Facility Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage overall facility operations, including housekeeping, security, technical maintenance, and soft services.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, DG, UPS, and fire safety systems.
• Monitor vendor and contractor performance to ensure SLA compliance.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and control operational costs.
• Handle client interactions, attend review meetings, and resolve service-related issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Lead, train, and supervise facility staff to maintain service excellence.
• Coordinate emergency response activities and ensure business continuity.
• Maintain documentation related to maintenance, audits, and compliance.
