About India STEM Foundation:
India STEM Foundation is a not-for-profit organization committed to promoting hands-on STEM
(Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) education among children across India. Join

Roles and Responsibilities:
Engage with individuals in public spaces like malls, tech parks, events, and residential
areas to create awareness about India STEM Foundation s initiatives.
Persuasively communicate the vision, mission, and impact of India STEM Foundation
to potential donors.
Inspire and motivate individuals to become long-term donors through monthly
contributions.
Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and commitments using provided tools
or software.
Meet individual and team fundraising targets on a weekly/monthly basis.
Represent India STEM Foundation in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Requirements:
6 months to 2 years of experience in face-to-face fundraising, direct sales, or field
marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Tamil.
Energetic, outgoing personality with strong convincing abilities.
Passion for social causes, especially in the field of education and youth
empowerment.
Willingness to work outdoors and travel within Chennai as needed.
Graduates preferred, but passionate candidates with strong skills are encouraged to
apply.
