Role & responsibilities
PNM (packer and movers) FRM
Candidate needs to meet customers, explain Packers & Movers services and subscription plans, and convince customers to purchase the service.
1. Physical inspection at Client residence whenever required
2. Handling & Managing Service partners assigned to them (Complete Account management of assigned service partners, issues handling, payment related issues, Review, Quality control etc)
3. Hunting and On boarding new partners from the city (As per our protocol addition of new partner & Training of partners)
Preferred candidate profile
Need minimum field sales experience
Salary 21,000 to 27000 (30 ctc) (based on experience and previous take-home salary). Additionally incentives and petrol allowance

*Daily 50KM travel*
