Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct OPD and IPD consultations for ophthalmology patients
- Diagnose and manage eye disorders such as cataract, glaucoma, refractive errors, infections, and retinal conditions
- Perform ophthalmic surgeries such as cataract and other procedures as per expertise
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care
- Conduct patient counselling and treatment planning
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Coordinate with OT staff, optometrists, and clinical team
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety standards
