Export Manager

We are looking for an Export Manager with experience in the chemical industry or relevant sectors like solvents, or industrial chemicals.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Market Research-

• Identify and approach potential international clients, distributors, and tradingpartners in targeted geographies through market research, trade portals, andexport directories

Client Communication and Sales Conversion-

• Communicate professionally with global clients via e mail, calls and virtualmeetings
• Convert enquiries into orders through effective productpresentation and pricing negotiation

Product Knowledge-

• Develop in-depth understanding of chemical product specifications,applications and compliance requirements
• Coordinate with the technical team for client-specific queries

Export Documentation Coordination-

• Liaise with Logistics and documentation teams to ensure Proforma Invoice(PFI), Bills of Lading (BL), Shipping Instructions, LC Requirements and otherexport related paperwork are accurate and timely

Competitor Analysis-

• Monitor market trends and competitors activities to suggest pricing andproduct positioning strategies

Client Retention & Relationship Building-

• Ensure repeat business by building strong client relationships and ensuringtimely follow-ups and post-sales support

Requirements:

• Experience in chemical industry or relevant sectors like solvents, or industrial chemicals is mandatory
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Hands-on experience with international business development and export-import procedures
