Export Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Graduate in Commerce, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-6years of experience in export sales coordination or export documentation.
• Must be based in Mumbai or willing to work from the Mumbai office.
• Hands-on experience in handling exports to Saudi Arabia and other GCC/MENA countries.
• Good knowledge of Saudi import regulations, shipping documentation, SASO requirements, Certificates of Origin, and customs procedures.
• Proficiency in export documentation, Incoterms, Letter of Credit (LC), and international logistics.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory. Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to coordinate with Saudi customers, distributors, freight forwarders, and internal teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and email correspondence.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, packaging, or manufacturing industry will be preferred.
