Export Import Billing Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Export / Import Billing Executive to manage all billing-related activities for international trade operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling export and import documentation, invoice preparation, and ensuring accuracy in all financial and shipping records.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process export and import invoices accurately
Handle commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, bill of lading, and other related documents
Ensure compliance with export/import regulations and company policies
Coordinate with logistics, CHA, freight forwarders, and internal departments
Verify purchase orders, payment terms, and billing details
Maintain proper records of all billing and documentation
Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
Assist in preparing reports related to shipments and billing
Support the accounts team with payment follow-ups and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications
1 2+ years of experience in Export / Import Billing
Knowledge of export-import documentation and procedures
Familiarity with shipping terms (Incoterms)
Basic understanding of GST and taxation related to exports/imports
Good communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
