Handled export documentation including Shipping Bills, Bill of Lading, Air Way Bills, COO, SCOMET, valuation, and compliance certificates. Coordinated shipment planning, container onboarding, RFID self-sealing validation, and export dispatch activities. Processed commercial documentation in SAP and ensured timely submission to customers and banks. Managed EDPMS/IDPMS reconciliation, export incentives (DBK RoDTEP), payment tracking, and closure of open export items. Prepared GR Waiver documentation, monitored certificate reconciliations, and ensured regulatory compliance. Filed REX returns and coordinated certificate renewals, DGFT, and ICEGATE updates. Handled vendor reconciliation, agreement renewals, invoice processing, MIS reporting, receivables, and payables management.
