Export Documentation Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Export Documentation Executive to manage end-to-end export documentation and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth export operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of export procedures, shipping documentation, and banking formalities related to export transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete export documentation and ensure compliance with export regulations.
• Independently manage pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation.
• Coordinate with Customs House Agents (CHAs), Freight Forwarders, Shipping Lines, and other logistics partners for timely shipment execution.
• Liaise with banks for submission and presentation of export documents, including Letter of Credit (LC) and other export-related banking requirements.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.
• Prepare reports and correspondence using MS Office applications.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely dispatch and documentation.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and international shipping processes.
• Experience in handling pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation independently.
• Familiarity with export banking documentation and coordination with banks.
• Experience in working with CHAs, Freight Forwarders, and Shipping Lines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: Relevant experience in Export Documentation/Export Operations.
• Location Preference: Candidates residing in Mumbai or Thane only.
• Gender Preference: Female candidates only.
