Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Generate leads through direct sales, channel partners, references, walk-ins, and digital platforms.
  • Conduct site visits and project presentations for prospective clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable commercial property solutions.
  • Convert leads into bookings and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, brokers, channel partners, and corporate clients.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales documentation.
  • Coordinate with CRM, legal, finance, and operations teams for seamless customer onboarding and closure.
  • Maintain updated customer records and sales reports in CRM systems.
  • Follow up on inquiries and ensure timely closure of opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Participate in exhibitions, promotional events, and corporate presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable real estate regulations.
  • Support collection follow-ups and documentation until possession/hand-over (where applicable).

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience in leasing/sales of office spaces, retail spaces, SCOs, mixed-use developments, or commercial projects.
  • Existing broker/channel partner network will be an added advantage.
