Job Description
- Coordinating with the team
- Provide the required customer support, timely and accurate collections
- You would handle collection for MSME of Balotra and Barmer and nearby areas
- Adhere to process of collections and ensure zero OD
- Responsible for managing the Collections and the team
- Queries complaints resolution, timely reporting to the reporting
