Role Purpose
Key Responsibilities
The Executive Sales & Marketing (Transformer) will be responsible for supporting sales operations, customer coordination, business development activities, and execution of sales orders to achieve assigned targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and execute sales and marketing activities for transformer products
- Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and coordination
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and techno-commercial documents
- Assist in tender participation , documentation, and submissions
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Logistics teams for order execution
- Track order status, dispatch schedules, and collections
- Conduct market research and identify potential customers
- Support field visits, customer meetings, and product presentations
- Maintain and update sales MIS, CRM data, and reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and pricing guidelines
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of B2B sales and marketing
- Willingness to travel and engage with customers
- Analytical and result-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
- Self-driven, proactive, and team-oriented
Education:
- BE / B.Tech (Electrical Engineering preferred)
- MBA (Marketing) preferred
Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing , preferably in transformer or electrical industry
- Growth-oriented role with hands-on sales exposure
