Job Description

Role Purpose
The Executive Sales & Marketing (Transformer) will be responsible for supporting sales operations, customer coordination, business development activities, and execution of sales orders to achieve assigned targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and execute sales and marketing activities for transformer products
  • Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and coordination
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and techno-commercial documents
  • Assist in tender participation , documentation, and submissions
  • Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Logistics teams for order execution
  • Track order status, dispatch schedules, and collections
  • Conduct market research and identify potential customers
  • Support field visits, customer meetings, and product presentations
  • Maintain and update sales MIS, CRM data, and reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and pricing guidelines
Skills & Competencies
  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales and marketing
  • Willingness to travel and engage with customers
  • Analytical and result-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
  • Self-driven, proactive, and team-oriented
Qualifications & Experience
Education:

  • BE / B.Tech (Electrical Engineering preferred)
  • MBA (Marketing) preferred
Experience:

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing , preferably in transformer or electrical industry
