*Job Responsibilities:*

• Understand client hiring requirements.
• Search and source candidates from job portals, social media, and references.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Schedule interviews with clients.
• Follow up with candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
• Achieve hiring targets within the given timelines.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
• Graduate in any stream.
