Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
Conduct interviews, assessments, and evaluations to identify the best candidates.
Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.
