• Evaluate and scrutinize the quality of resumes before sharing them with hiring managers.
• Shortlist suitable and genuine candidates based on project requirements.
• Organize interviews for shortlisted candidates with clients.
• Build and maintain a professional database according to skill sets and domain expertise.
• Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports.
