Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for various positions within the organization through job postings, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage multiple open positions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.

Job Requirements :

• 0-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field (e.g., human resources).
• Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, strong time management abilities.
