Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies toattract top talent.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers tounderstand their needs and preferences.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through variouschannels.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit andpotential.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting toonboarding.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve theprocess.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, andtechnologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention todetail.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and tools, such as applicanttracking systems.
