Executive/ Sr. Executive - Financial Analyst

Role : The Finance Support Analytics role is designed to provide datadriven insights and business intelligence support to the CFO at both strategic and operational levels. The incumbent will leverage data modelling, analytics, and MS Office, Visualization Tools (Preferred) to prepare MIS, dashboards, and presentations, enabling accurate decision making, financial transparency, and alignment with Lumax Auto Technologies Ltds growth vision

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with central finance and build financial models to support forecasting, variance analysis to support CFO in the scenario planning.

2. Design and deliver dashboards & Business Presentation with support of CFO and Finance Controller, that provides actionable insights into financial and operational performance.

3. Prepare monthly MIS, board reports, and analytics packs aligned with corporate standards.

4. Provide analyticsbacked presentations and insights for CFOs strategic reviews, board meetings, and JV discussions.

5. Learning new skill sets to create the work effectiveness enhancement, cross knowledge sharing and work optimisation for bigger responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA with 2 - 3 years of experience in finance analytics.
• Basic understanding of finance, balance sheet, and P&L structures.
• Strong skills in data modelling, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP BI), and Excel.
• Ability to prepare MIS, dashboards, and strategic presentations.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to present insights clearly to leadership.
• Experience in auto component industry preferred
