Roles and Responsibility

• Assist the Head Chef in planning and executing menus that meet high standards of quality and presentation.
• Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain high levels of food safety and hygiene, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.

• Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef or similar role in a reputable establishment.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Ability to work under pressure, maintaining composure and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
