Executive Senior Executive Environment,Health & Safety (EHS)

We are seeking a responsible and safety-focused Executive/Senior Executive to join our EHS team

The ideal candidate will champion workplace safety, compliance, and risk mitigation, ensuring a safe and compliant environment for all personnel

• Monitor and evaluate hazardous conditions; develop proactive safety measures to ensure personnel well-being
• Provide guidance on safety topics such as noise levels, proper equipment usage, and risk areas
• Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventive measures in line with industry standards
• Review and update safety policies to remain compliant with current legislation
• Inspect workplace practices and facilities for potential safety non-conformities
• Supervise installation, maintenance, and safe disposal of hazardous substances
• Identify unsafe behaviors or processes and report to the process head for corrective action
• Conduct regular safety training sessions for employees and contractors
• Lead internal safety audits and ensure timely corrective actions
• Enforce proper use of PPE including gloves, eye protection, safety footwear, and high-visibility clothing
• Maintain all critical safety equipment such as fire extinguishers, eyewash stations, safety showers, and fire buckets
• Oversee the upkeep of ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) and maintain PCB (Pollution Control Board) records
• Create, implement, and monitor safety manuals and SOPs
• Participate in preparatory work and documentation for OHSAS certification
