Executive - Sales

1. To greet and attend walk-in customers at the store.

2. Gain complete knowledge about the product.

3. Understand customer requirements as per needs and pitch them the best product.

4. Attend customer queries and complaints.

5. Follow up with the customers to finalize the purchase of the product and support them with post sales services.

6. Provide personalised service to the customer in exceptional circumstances.

7. Work on building a good customer relationship with each walk-in customer.

8. Introducing new offers and discounts to walk in customers/ existing customers over the phone.
