Job Purpose
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth in the secondary market by developing relationships with dealers, retailers, architects, interior designers, and developers (AIDs). The role focuses on generating orders, ensuring product visibility, executing market visits, promoting the company's product range, and providing market intelligence to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
**Market Visits & Sales Execution**
Conduct regular visits to dealers, retailers, architects, interior designers, and developers as per the approved plan, generate orders, ensure timely order placement with distributors, and drive sales growth in assigned territories.
**Customer Relationship Management**
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and channel partners, address customer queries, provide after-sales support, and focus on improving sales from active accounts.
**Order Management**
Collect, process, and track orders from dealers and retailers while coordinating with distributors to ensure timely fulfillment.
**Market Analysis & Reporting**
Monitor market trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and sales opportunities, while providing regular reports, visit updates, and business insights to management.
**Marketing & Brand Promotion**
Support promotional activities, product launches, carpenter meets, architect engagement programs, and local branding initiatives to enhance market presence and brand visibility.
**Category & Product Focus**
Drive sales across designated product categories and brands, ensuring effective product placement, market penetration, and successful launch of new products.
