Job Description
- The role involves managing residential sales for Brigade Enterprises Limited (BEL), with a strong focus on driving top-line growth,target-oriented and result-driven enhancing customer experience, and ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and concerns.
- Deputy Manager Sales will be responsible for driving sales of ultra-luxury residential projects, managing client relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences aligned with the brands premium positioning.
- Drive sales of high-value residential projects, ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly targets .
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with HNIs, UHNWIs, and institutional investors.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences in the Ultra-luxury housing segment.
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand visibility in the luxury Ultra Luxury segment.
- Negotiation Closing: Handle high-value negotiations and close premium deals.
