Job Description
Objective:
- Conceptualization and deployment of territory strategies aligned with region & country strategy, drive sales across B2B & B2C segments and achieve profitable growth in wires & FMEG business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Individual with strong Product Knowledge, Customer Relationship Management, Problem solving skills, Powerful Negotiator, Resource Management, Sales Proficiency, ability to collaborate and mentor junior team members
Overall:
- Responsible for top and bottom-line delivery for assigned geography
- Responsible for driving market programs and market shares
- Appointing the Distributors and Stock points
- Appointing the Sub Dealer and Retailers under the Distributors
- Responsible for ensuring trade discipline , mix delivery and distribution metrics
- Ensuring market discipline, coverage norms and administration
- Build steadfast relationships with trade , influencers , contractors, channel partners ensuring market discipline, coverage norms and administration
- Attending negotiations & Closing orders
- Responsible for territory's sales forecasting and tracking
- Territory mapping and coverage of the region directly as well as through dealers
- Train executives to upskill them for future TM role
Experience & Qualification:
- 04--09 years in Wires/FMEG Sales
- Bachelors degree any discipline
