Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell DLAB General Laboratory Instruments such as centrifuges, mixers, magnetic stirrers, shakers, dry baths, and pipettes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the scientific/laboratory equipment market and a passion for developing lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell DLAB general lab instruments to research labs, academic institutions, CROs, pharmaceutical companies, and industrial clients.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the assigned territory.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and channel partners.
Collaborate with the technical team to offer post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales in alignment with company guidelines.
Provide market feedback, including competitor analysis, product performance, and customer needs.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events as required.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor s degree in Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field. MBA in Marketing is a plus.
1 3 years of sales experience in laboratory instruments or scientific equipment preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Technical aptitude to understand and communicate product specifications.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
