Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Present, promote, and sell products using effective presentations/discussions to both existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct cost-benefit and needs analyses of existing/potential customers to meet their requirements.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Identify and analyze the potential of dealers.
- Provide technical product training and basic user functionality training to customers as needed.
- Collaborate closely with office staff to implement appropriate policies for managing workflow and communication.
- Responsible for sales, collections, and business development in the assigned area.
- Support customer-centric programs such as conferences, trade shows, and workshops with technical expertise and product knowledge.
- Timely completion and submission of all required reports as requested by management.
- Maintain and update customer database in accordance with company guidelines.
- Resolve customer issues using available resources to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Escalate technical issues to the technical/audiological team as necessary.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives.
- Remain flexible to take on other project roles as required.
- Be flexible with working hours and open to extensive travel.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the designated schedule.
- Analyze territory/markets potential, track sales, and provide status reports.
- Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English and Hindi.
- Sales with negotiation and leadership abilities.
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office.
- Excellent presentation and client relationship skills.
- Driven by sales goals and targets with a proactive approach.
- Creative, organized, self-motivated, resilient, and target-oriented.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Science, Commerce, Management, or Business (B.Com/BMS).
- Preferred/Additional Qualifications: Master's degree in Business Management/Marketing (MBA, MMS, PGDMS).
- Minimum Experience: 3+ years in Sales & Business Development.
- Relevant/Additional Experience: Experience in the medical or related industries preferred.
