Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site service to customers in a region, assist and support sales team to effectively retain existing customers, enhance customer satisfaction and develop new customers.
- Daily technical services support to existing customers
- Report major customers chemicals consumption, bath running data and competitive information.
- Assist sales engineer to retain existing customers business.
- Assist sales engineer to develop new customers.
- Feedback and report quality issues to the company promptly.
Qualifications:
BSc. Chemistry/ B. Tech Chemical Engineering with 3-6 years of Experience.
