Designation: Executive - Sales and Technical Services


Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager, North


Total Years of experience: 3-6 years


Location: Rothak


Industry Experience: Electro Plating, Surface Treatment, Industry


Qualification: BSc. Chemistry/ B. Tech Chemical Engineering.


Specific Competencies: Sales experience and Technical services experience (Both must). Electro plating background and chemical handling knowledge is must.


Objective: Understanding and interpreting technical requirements, recommending new products and services, benchmarking the market trends and competition, maintaining relationships with customers and distributors.


Job profile:

  • Provide on-site service to customers in a region, assist and support sales team to effectively retain existing customers, enhance customer satisfaction and develop new customers.
  • Daily technical services support to existing customers
  • Report major customers' chemicals consumption, bath running data and competitive information.
  • Assist sales engineer to retain existing customers' business.
  • Assist sales engineer to develop new customers.
  • Feedback and report quality issues to the company promptly.

Skills & personal attributes:

1. Understanding of processes and their maintenance

2. Trouble shooting and closing complaints.

3. Maintaining records of visits and trials

4. Understanding of customer specifications and instrumentation

5. Value selling attitude. Quantification of customer benefits.

6. Good domain experience and knowledge of customer data base

7. Must not have done sales through distributors
