Executive Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews based on requirements.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires, ensuring timely communication with applicants throughout.
• Negotiate salaries and benefits packages for selected candidates.

Job Requirements :

• 0-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of HRSD (Human Resource Service Delivery) principles and practices.
• Excellent interview coordination, interview scheduling, sourcing, screening, and salary negotiation skills.
