Job Profile:

• Understanding Client requirement
• Sourcing potential candidates through various channels (Job portal, social platforms and professional networks)
• Making calls and scheduling candidates for the interview
• Regular follow ups with the Candidates and Client / Account Manager
• Generating daily line ups
• Willing to work as an individual contributor

• Male / Female
• Graduate / Post Graduate (Appeared candidates can also apply)
• Fresher / Experienced
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Awareness of MS-Office (Outlook, Excel & Word)
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
