Executive QA

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform plant QA activities and conduct QA checks of finished products for dispatch/export.
• Prepare technical documentation such as TDS, MSDS, COA and develop/maintain SOPs.
• Conduct internal audits on a monthly basis and review batch manufacturing records and other plant records.
• Handle customer complaints, coordinate with the sales department, and manage customer queries and questionnaires.

Must-Have Skills/Technologies:

• GMP & Regulatory Compliance (including TDS, MSDS, COA preparation)
• Internal Auditing
• SOP Development & Maintenance
• Batch Manufacturing Record Review
• Quality Assurance Process Management

Good-to-Have Skills/Technologies:

• Quality Management System (QMS) software (e.g., MasterControl)
• ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for document handling
• Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools
• Lean Six Sigma fundamentals
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 standards
