Role Purpose

Responsible for processing applications from PS2 process with complete diligence with respect to KYC and income documents.

Role Accountability

  1. Perform scrutiny of credit card applications
  2. Check if application is compliant to KYC norms
  3. Conduct Credit checks in document with predefined policies and get into income calculations
  4. Ensure adherence to TAT and accuracy for decision-making
  5. Check for validity of documents attached with the application
  6. Perform process documentation and compliance adherence

Measures of Success

  1. Processing/Production Accuracy as per SLA
  2. Adherence to TAT and accuracy for decision-making
  3. Process adherence as per MOU

Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications

  1. Credit Card knowledge along with good understanding of Credit Processes
  2. Knowledge of credit documentation, basic financial ability
