Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customer calls, resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Process transactions, update records, and maintain accurate documentation of all interactions with customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to emails, chats, or other communication channels as needed.
- Meet performance targets for quality metrics such as first call resolution rate, average handling time, and customer satisfaction ratings.
Job Requirements :
- 0-2 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment.
- Excellent voice processing skills with ability to handle high-volume calls efficiently.
- Strong understanding of banking processes and procedures related to loan servicing operations.
