Role & responsibilities
Lead and manage weld shop operations with a focus on Spot Welding
Operate and troubleshoot Fanuc, ABB, and Nachi robotic welding systems
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and productivity standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process optimization
Train and mentor weld shop technicians and operators
Support continuous improvement initiatives in welding processes
Preferred candidate profile
Strong hands-on experience in Spot Welding
Operational knowledge of Fanuc, ABB, and Nachi robots
Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and welding symbols
Leadership and team management capabilities
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
