Job Title - Executive Rail Operations - Rail & Inland Terminals

Job location - DP World Rail Logistics Private Limited, Rewari Narnaul Road, Gobindpuri, Rewari, Haryana

Primary Objectives

• To achieve faster turnaround of rake & containers
• Maintain SLAs of software for Rail and Yard
• Ensuring proper documentation related to s/line, customs, and Railways.
• To ensure compliance related to EXIM, customs & railways.
• Ensuring Proper Customer Correspondence and relationship
• Ensuring Operational KPIs are achieved.

Responsibilities

• Preparing the Export CRN for goods arrival in Customs.
• Preparing of reports, regarding total Hanover of export & import containers
• Making of all document/job order of export & import containers
• Updating of all data into system regarding export /import containers
• Looking after container booking for railing.
• Sharing day-to-day booking details with CS/Sales team for rail planning.
• Co-ordination with cha s/Importer/Exporter/Transporter for gate pass related concerns.
• Co-ordination with operation team, regarding day-to-day activities
• UAT of Elogisol software.
• Co-ordination with billing department regarding invoicing of Import/Export boxes before handing over the gate passes to customer.
• Prepare all type of gate pass for DSO container activity.
• Provide the prompt solution to customer by following one window concept.
• Following the customs norms prior releasing of gate passes of export/import documents.
• Manage the proper documentation in files for billing and record purpose.
• Aware to new staff about working SOP at terminal.

Qualifications & competencies

1. Good Communication skills in English language, both oral and written.
2. Qualification Graduate / Experience - Minimum -2 years.
3. To have very good knowledge of word, excel & PPT as well as Software
