Executive - IT Support

Role & responsibilities

IT Infrastructure Operations

• Manage Windows Server 2016 and 2019 environments and associated applications.
• Coordinate with global Cloud Operations (CCoE) teams for infrastructure-related tasks, configurations, and issue resolution.
• Monitor and support the MED console.
• Assist in planning and execution of maintenance activities and infrastructure changes.
• Support and coordinate Business Continuity Planning (BCP) testing.

Information Security & Compliance

• Coordinate vulnerability assessment (VA) and security audit activities for internal and external applications.
• Track remediation of identified vulnerabilities in collaboration with application owners, vendors, and global teams.
• Support quarterly and annual audit evidence collection and compliance discussions.
• Ensure adherence to organization-wide IT security policies and audit requirements.
• Manage and monitor CIS policies and procedures across IT systems.

IT Service Management (ITSM)

• Handle service requests, incidents, and problem management activities in line with ITSM processes.
• Actively participate in ITSM Community of Practice (CoP) meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow up with users, vendors, and IT teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and requests.
• Maintain clear documentation and communication related to IT service delivery.
• Conduct security assessments for upcoming IT projects.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with multiple IT vendors and service partners for infrastructure, security, and support services.
• Track vendor deliverables, follow-ups, and pending actions, ensuring service quality and SLA adherence.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders across IT, business, and audit teams.

Operational & Administrative Responsibilities

• Provide regular status updates on assigned activities to the reporting manager.
• Maintain records related to audits, service requests, vulnerabilities, and infrastructure documentation.
• Actively support IT initiatives such as BCP inputs and readiness activities

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in IT infrastructure operations, ITSM, and security coordination roles.

Exposure to enterprise IT landscapes, preferably in manufacturing or energy sector environments
