Job Summary

Position: Executive- IT

Location: Hyderabad (Work from office only)

Duration: Full time role.

Working Days: Monday Friday

Bond: 3 yrs. Mandate to sign at the time of joining.

Education: B. Tech (CSE & IT) only

(Entire education is from English medium only)

Shift timings:

• 1st Shift: 8AM-1 PM
• 2nd Shift: 1PM 10PM

Every 2 weeks shift will change. No shift allowance will be paid.

Job Type: Full time

Responsibilities

• Managing Windows & Mac systems.
• Maintaining the various computer systems owned or operated by the company
• Upgrading, installing, and configuring application software and computer hardware.
• Troubleshooting and providing technical support to employees.
• Creating and managing system permissions and user accounts.
• Providing end-user support, resolving technical issues, and providing technical assistance for all operating systems and applications
• Providing in-person and remote support through use of the telephone or remote access
• Providing new employees with required hardware and appropriate access to the companys computer systems
• Researching, designing, implementing, configuring, monitoring, troubleshooting, and evaluating existing and new operating systems and applications.
• Performs diagnostics of network issues, provides support for service desk staff.
• Updates and maintains network documentation, assigns Ip addresses, saves device configurations.
• Configures network devices for new deployments per direction of senior staff, configures replacement network devices from backup configuration files.
• Assists with the administration and maintenance of IP based telephony systems, such as provisioning handsets, setting up extensions, supporting user requests.
