Executive IT

Role & responsibilities

Will be part of IT Infrastructure & Networks Team; responsible for End-user IT Operations Support and Infrastructure Management.

IT Operations Support

• Will be responsible for overall system and infrastructure availability (including data, voice and video) to all end-users and for timely escalation to central team.
• Ensure usage and governance of various systems like IT Helpdesk, Asset management, Service Portal in view of ITIL framework-based processes.
• Responsible for managing outsourced IT support Team and ensuring service delivery and SLA are complied with.
• To provide technical support, guidance and supervision to local IT Support team and to ensuring required service levels are met.
• Ensure proper IT asset management, maintenance of IT inventory, life cycle management and related documentation.
• Ensures that systems, processes, and methodologies are maintained, followed to ensure effective monitoring, control and support of service delivery.
• To work in coordination with central IT to establish standards and best practices for managing internal infrastructure, including network, access rights, desktops, internal applications.

IT Infrastructure Management and Projects

• IT solutions like NextGen Antivirus, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Data leak protection (DLP), Unified Endpoint Management / Mobile Device Management (UEM/MDM)
• Office 365 Management
• Video Surveillance (CCTV) implementation and maintenance, VMS administration and support
• Audio/Video setup implementation and maintenance
• Catering to IT Infrastructure related requirements like - Data, Voice, AV, CCTV requirements at existing or upcoming offices.

Supervise following activities related to underground (UG) and overhead (OH) fibre networks

• Excavation & trenching
• HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling) operations
• Ducting & RCC/HDPE pipe laying
• Cable pullingmanual and using machinery
• Blowing & jetting of OFC
• Verify fibre splicing, OTDR/OLTS testing, and link acceptance.

Ensure quality compliance for route preparation, joint closures, chambers, GI pipes, and reinstatement work

Preferred candidate profile

• Good understanding of ITIL process viz. Incident, Problem, Change Management
• Knowledge and understanding of Passive and Active network components, TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP, and other common networking protocols.
• Knowledge of Server Administration, Cloud concepts, Backup management, Endpoint
• security and Antivirus Solutions, Office 365.

Technical Qualification (Preferred): ITIL Certified Professional / MCSE / CCNA / Project Management / Certifications in Amazon/Azure Cloud associate.
