Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online inquiries
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services
  • Conduct sales presentations and follow-ups via phone or virtual meetings
  • Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with field sales, operations, and customer support teams
  • Handle objections and negotiate to close deals effectively
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts as required
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred)
  • 1-5 years of inside sales experience preferably service-based industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with CRM tools and MS Office
  • Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
