Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online inquiries
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services
- Conduct sales presentations and follow-ups via phone or virtual meetings
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with field sales, operations, and customer support teams
- Handle objections and negotiate to close deals effectively
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts as required
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred)
- 1-5 years of inside sales experience preferably service-based industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with CRM tools and MS Office
- Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
