Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with store teams to drive sales performance by ensuring effective coordination and nurturing productive store-level relationships.
  • Conduct regular visits to designated outlets to strengthen engagement, monitor merchandising standards, and address reconciliation or billing concerns.
  • Lead and support in-store promoters by providing direction, motivation, and regular performance inputs to help them achieve sales objectives.
  • Oversee the execution of sales strategies across modern trade accounts, ensuring alignment with targets and overall business plans.
  • Ensure effective execution of brand presence in stores by monitoring stock availability, planogram compliance, and promotional initiatives.
  • Track progress on key deliverables and ensure timely completion of tasks through proactive planning and resolution of operational challenges.


Preferred candidate profile

1. Hands-on experience in handling modern trade or retail store sales.

2. Good communication and relationship-building skills with store staff.

3. Ability to guide promoters and track their daily performance.

4. Basic knowledge of account reconciliation and stock management.

5. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel to multiple stores.
