Executive - Human Resource

Job Summary

Republic Media is looking for a dynamic and proactive Executive to manage key human resource functions, with a strong focus on sourcing and employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in talent acquisition, stakeholder coordination, playing a critical role in building and nurturing strong workforce.

Responsibilities

• Role Understanding: Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand job roles and ideal candidate profiles.
• Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Actively source candidates from various platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals etc.
• Pipeline Building: Create and maintain a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Candidate Coordination & Onboarding: Schedule interviews, manage communication, and ensure seamless onboarding of selected candidates.
• Salary Negotiation & Offer Rollout: Handle compensation discussions and issue offer letters as per company standards.
• Stakeholder & Internal Coordination: Act as a bridge between department heads, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure alignment and timely decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree is must.
• 3-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (Experience in Bulk hiring and walk in drive), Non Technical.
• Extensive experience with job portals, Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with data proficiency.
• Strong negotiation and multitasking.
• Potential candidates from Talent Acquisition are invited and experience from media industry is a plus.
