Travel: Selected Candidate will have to travel to other offices as per need (Gurgaon, Noida).

Working Days: Monday-Friday

Work Timings: 9:15 am-5:30 pm

Work Mode: Work from office

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in HR functions: Recruitment Attendance management.

Education: MBA HR

Job Profile

• Screen candidates resumes and job applications through telephonic interview using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Coordinate physical/ online interviews with senior members and team leaders.
• Managing the employee onboarding process.
• Managing employee queries and concerns.
• Leave and attendance management.

Job Requirements

• Sound knowledge in all functions of HR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
• Demonstrates professional attitude and etiquette.
• Excellent Knowledge of MS Office.

Job Title: Associate Instructor

Job Location: Gurgaon

Work Mode: Work from office, 5 days a week

Experience: 1-3 years

Education: Graduate preferable in Mathematics or B.Sc.
