Job Description
1. B.sc. orM.Sc. Agri with work experience of 1-3 years preferably in Organic industry orProcurement.
2. Experience in commodity procurement orrelated areas is a must.
3. Knowledge or Organic Farming Practices is a must.
4. Responsiblefor 5 Field associates.
5. Responsiblefor Field Production for the entire area.
6. Tourextensively and guide the team in identifying new areas and new crops, mobilize farmers to take up organicagriculture
7. Maintainorganic integrity of the existing projects and new projects.
8. Weeklyreport submission and guide team on Productivity analysis.
9. Discussprocurement plans/ quality issues with Team
10. Actively participating with the field staff in thedevelopmental activities /programmes.
11. A team player; able to use strongcommunication, analytical and management skills.
12. Work Experience offood business and/or agricultural businesses.
13. Conductingevery month meeting with the staff and discussing the procurement plans/newarea addition/quality issues
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for 5 Field associates.
- Responsible for Field Production for the entire area.
- Tour extensively and guide the team in identifying new areas and new crops, mobilize farmers to take up organic agriculture
- Maintain organic integrity of the existing projects and new projects.
- Weekly report submission and guide team on Productivity analysis.
- Discuss procurement plans/ quality issues with Team
- Actively participating with the field staff in the developmental activities /programmes.
