Position: Executive

Location: Bhiwandi

Education: B.Com / M.Com (PGDMM will be an added advantage) ExperienceMin. 3-5 yrs.

Job Summary

• Knowledge of handling Mfg.-warehouse/store activity.
• Knowledge of SAP (MM & SD Module)
• Knowledge of handling 3rd parties (like transporter/sales team)
• Daily co-ordination with production & PPC for pending materials.
• Knowledge of prepare MIS report (Dispatch report, Pending Order etc)
• Knowledge of making SO creation, Packing list, Invoicing.
• Knowledge of inventory management at Factory & depots level.
• Knowledge of FIFO.
• Knowledge of Stock Taking
• Knowledge of documentation.
• Maintaining, planning and dispatching finished goods to depots across India.
• Ensure proper dispatch of the material by continuous follow-up with the transporters.
• Monitoring Inventory accuracy, cycle counting and SAP Transactions.
• Knowledge of material handling Safety and warehouse 5s.
• Checking dispatch of documents, bills of transportation, stock in transit report
• Team handling.

Skills

• Good knowledge of SAP (SD & MM Module)
• Good knowledge of Ms. Excel
• Good communication skills (English, Gujarati & Hindi).
• Good knowledge of inward/issue/stock taking activity.
• Knowledge of Inventory management i.e. MIL
